Cleaning area: In this area, the wet river sand is scooped up by the lifting plates to form a material curtain state. When the material falls, it is easy to stick to the inner wall of the drum. In this area, due to the design of a cleaning device in the equipment, the cleaning device reasonably cleans the material adhered to the inner wall. During this process, the cleaning device also plays a role in breaking up material agglomerates and lumps, thus increasing the heat exchange area and improving the drying rate.

Discharging area: In this area, there are no lifting plates on the drum. The material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area, completing the entire drying process.

Guiding area: When the wet river sand enters this area, it comes into contact with high-temperature hot air and quickly evaporates moisture. Under the scooping action of the large-angle lifting plates, the material does not form adhesion and is guided into the next working area. Such a mysterious dryer is just like that. It's nothing more than that.

Inclined lifting plate area: In this area, the wet river sand is in a low-moisture and loose state. The material no longer has an adhesion phenomenon in this area. After heat exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the final discharging area.
