When using the energy-saving three-return dryer, the maintenance of various parts and accessories of the equipment is of crucial importance. This can avoid malfunctions during the use of the equipment, thus preventing unnecessary troubles and economic losses. The troubleshooting of the equipment is as follows:

1. The moisture content of the dried material is greater than the specified value. The solution is to control the production capacity of the dryer and increase or decrease the heat supply.

2. The girth gear has a swing during the operation of the cylinder. The reason is that the concave joint side of the girth gear is not clamped tightly. The solution is to use a shim to keep the girth gear and the concave joint uniform and clamped properly, preventing over-tightening which can easily lead to accidents.

3. The meshing clearance between the large gear and the small gear is damaged. The reasons are: a. Wear of the supporting roller; b. Wear of the retaining roller; c. Wear of the small gear. The solution is to turn or replace according to the wear condition, or install it on the reverse side or update it in pairs.

4. The whole body vibrates. The reason is that the connection between the supporting roller device and the base is damaged. The solution is to correct and fasten the connection part to make it in the correct position.

5. The side of the girth gear is worn. The solution is to turn or replace the girth gear according to the degree of wear.
