The bucket type stone washer, also known as the bucket type sand washer, is a device used for cleaning sand and gravel materials. It tumbles and rinses sand and gravel through the rotation of buckets to remove soil and impurities. It is often integrated with sand washing, fine sand recovery and dehydration functions, and is suitable for sand and gravel yards, building materials, hydropower projects and other fields. Featuring a compact structure, small floor space and stable operation, it is an important component of modern sand and gravel production lines.

Working Principle: After sand and gravel materials enter the washing tank through the feed inlet, they are continuously tumbled, scrubbed and scoured by multiple groups of high-speed rotating impellers (buckets) at the bottom of the tank. During the process, impurities such as soil are washed away by water flow, fine sand settles or is collected by the recovery device, and the cleaned sand and gravel is finally discharged through the discharge outlet.
