The water-washing sand screening machine is a sand and gravel processing equipment integrating washing, screening and dewatering functions. Through high-pressure water flushing, screen filtration and mud-water separation, it efficiently removes soil and impurities from river sand and sea sand to obtain clean sand for construction, and is widely used in stone quarries and sand making plants. It is available in various mobile types (rotary drum, vibrating screen, push-pull screen) and fixed types (bucket wheel, screw, clamshell bucket), and can process materials with different mud contents and stone particle sizes.

Working Principle: Raw sand and gravel materials enter the machine and are simultaneously washed by high-pressure water guns to disperse soil particles. The materials pass through differently structured screens (e.g., rotary drum, vibrating screen), where particles of various sizes are initially separated. They are then further agitated and rinsed by devices such as bucket wheels, screws or clamshell buckets, with mud and water separated in the process; fine sand either settles down or is discharged with the water flow. Qualified wet sand is discharged from the outlet, while the mud water is channeled to a sedimentation tank for recovery and treatment.
